Trail End has long been a favorite spot for bird watchers. Our wide variety of trees - with their equally wide variety of fruit, nuts, flowers and seeds - attract everything from Bald Eagles to Rufous Hummingbirds. Over 100 species of birds have been spotted on the site since recordkeeping began in 1970. Some are daily visitors, while others are migratory birds pausing in our trees for a brief rest. Either way, all contribute to Trail End's wonderful birding potential.
